On the first of February, my dad had to have quadruple bypass surgery...a bit unexpected for him to have to go through something like this. It was a nerve wracking time, but I'm thankful to say that he's recovered well and all doctor reports are good.
These pictures are from a quick trip that Clare and I made to Madison to check in on him. When I'd left the weekend before, he was not looking so good, and I needed to see him looking good and improved.
We sure do love our Papa.
