Spring Break so far

We have done some much needed laying around and taking it easy this spring break. We've played at home, played with a few friends, been to a movie, and just hung out with each other. I've enjoyed this break with my two girls before our third one joins the pack.

Both of my girls this week have wanted to rock at bedtime. It's been awhile since either one has laid on me to go to sleep .. I've certainly enjoyed the snuggle time (even if I have a hard time getting out of the chair to put them to bed!)

We were so excited to go see the movie Cinderella. I'm not sure that Lila blinked the entire time -- Clare was restless. I guess she prefers animation. I thought it was a beautiful movie, and I loved her wedding dress at the end!

We have just a couple of days left before the rat race begins again. We are counting down the days till we welcome our little caboose, and I'm certainly counting down the days I have left to work. 

Showers for Ivey

Even though this is the third little Cook girl, the sweet ladies at our church threw an awesome shower for our little Ivey. We couldn't have been more blessed by the fellowship and were overwhelmed by everyone's generosity. She's probably the only third girl that has so many nice, new, and monogrammed items! We really enjoyed our night!!

Last night, the sweet girls I work with got together for dinner and also showered Ivey with some much needed diapers, wipes, and a few cutsey little things. So thankful for these girls ... they keep me sane as I muddle through these last few weeks/months of this pregnancy. Couldn't ask for a better group of girls to work with!
